Unnatural
It's a beautiful day! Which meant that I thought it'd be best to do a nice little walk around to experience nature in its glory. Until I was reminded that Nature and I don't get along. It was one of those days where my allergies decided to act up so I was practically crying during my walk, it started raining the second I stepped out of the apartment, and the decomposition process of garbage was making the outdoors smell fantastic. And to top it off, a bug flew up my nose. You know what? I'm nice to Nature. I recycle and don't burn ants with magnifying glasses. It's not that Nature and I don't get along...it's Nature that has a bullying issue.

ReplyDeletei totally feel you. i yearned for spring all through winter. dreaming of frolicking through tall grass meadows full of beautiful flowers. then as soon as march hits, i'm sneezing before i even get out of bed! sigh... well, at least you look easy breezy in these photos. :)

I just found your blog and I love your casual style. And I have the WORST allergies---sometimes I have to carry around a roll of toilet paper for my tears and runny nose (after I run out of kleenex lol)

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that you have allergies, that must be awful when you want to go out in the fresh air on a nice day and then your nose and eyes start running. I didn't know that fact about ants.....

Love the low tie on the shirt and you boots. It does happen that nature sometimes 'acts up', here in Miami is the wind and sudden showers in the middle of a bright sun, of course bugs too.
