February is officially upon us, which means that
love is in the air stores are abuzz with the prospects of Valentine's Day fortune. Also abuzz, is my twitter feed. I've seen a few ladies post their 140 character stories on trying to find the perfect wedding dress for that special day later in the month. It looks like most people opt for little boutiques for their special dress, but I couldn't help but to notice more mainstream stores that offer quite a selection, like Jcrew. Then I started browsing their online bridal catalogue to laugh at wedding dresses that would make people look like cupcakes.
It's kind of funny- just because I think these brides look like a layered cake, doesn't mean I dislike the dress. Sort of. How about those short dresses, huh. I have yet to hear of a wedding by my six degrees of separation where the bride opted for a short dress.
I don't know about you, but I could really go for some vanilla cake right about now.
Now i cant wait to get married!

Cupcakes, that's so funny! The corset/sleeveless model has been on for so long, that I can't believe how into it people still are. Although I have to say there's something I like about the third one. :) My friend was certain to have a short one, but the ones she tried on were even worse than these, and so she opted for a long one. :)
