My life is a stereo- how loud does it go?

I decided to stray away from my usual girly look today and go for something a little more rocker-esque.  Boots in the summer?  I probably wouldn't pull this look off for much longer than a few minutes.  I'd rather save the boots for autumn and throw my sandals back on!  Now let me ask you, dear bloggers- what's the weirdest place you've done photos?  Here I am, leaning rather close to a dumpster right outside my apartment, yet when I walk outside in the morning, I walk on the other side of the parking lot to avoid it as much as possible.  I guess my rules of sensibility change for the blog.


What I'm wearing:
-Shirt from Forever 21
-Knit vest from Joe Fresh
-Black bag from Winners
-Black shorts
-Black boots

    I love the outfit. The boots and shorts look really great together.

    The weirdest place I've taken a picture would probably be in a hotel hallway...I was traveling all day and didnt get a minute to take the picture until it got dark. I tried to lean up against an elevator door, and that didn't end up working out. I don't recommend this, anyway...the lighting was terrible. But for some odd reason, the dumpster looks really good in this shot.... Haha!

    OH MY GOSH! I HAVE THAT SHIRT! It's one of my all time favorite tank tops; i throw it on under everything! I love this look; I agree, boots in the summer with shorts is so cute, but it just doesn't FEEL right. Anyway, you totally pulled it off!

    Beautiful look! Your hair is gorgeous btw. :) I want to get mine that long. Your accessories are perfect for the look too. I think black strappy sandals would have worked with this outfit, but the boots are surely the best.

    You're right, boots should be worn in winter, summer is for sandals and flip flops. Odd place for taking photos? Hm, I don't think this ever happened. Love your photos, it's impossible to say where they were taken (maybe except on 2nd one). Wonderful outfit and lovely style,

    That is one hell of a statement look :)

    I must admit, I haven't been too adventurous when it comes to finding places to do outfit shoots. I could definitely stand to be more experimental, but it's so easy to just do it close to where I live. (Although I'm in quite an urban place, there's a lot of greenery around my actual estate.)

    My boyfriend took some photos of me at an art gallery checking out the exhibits, so that was an interesting enough shoot, I suppose :P

    LOL I haven't done too many "weird" photo shoots for my blog...I try to do tasteful ones around my house and apartment...but that might change if I get bored and want to spice it up :P I agree, wearing boots in the summer sucks! Wear your sandals while you can before the snow sets in :P
