The blouse was more of a transitional piece that I wore on my way to the show. Like always, I felt super classy taking a crowded bus at 6 pm dressed in glam-ed up night attire. And I think that I have found one of the noisiest shoes ever. As if heels weren't loud enough, but these have little silver ornaments that jingle with ever step. In other news, I'm not really one for makeup because I definitely just don't have the artistic flare for it...or the eye structure. For poking around with a brush and randomly blending colours, it wasn't that much of a disaster though. Except that I went to a makeup gala. Then my eye work looked like a disaster in comparison.
What I'm wearing:
-Black sequin skirt from Joe Fresh
-Black heels from Aldo
-Blue blouse from Forever 21
I'm sorry to hear about your hamstring. I hope you feel better soon. :)
ReplyDeleteI love that skirt. Its just the right amount of glam for the look. And your eye makeup looks very pretty.
Stay Beautiful,

I injured my knee doing 2 hours of Zumba and forced myself to wear heels the next day...wasn't the best idea but I refused to ruin my look!

haha, i like your writing so much! we would be def friends lol! i'm not that great with makeup either and i hate when i have to get a bus wearing evening clothes - with everyone else sweating and giving me that look! beautiful skirt you're wearing!
ReplyDeletejos xx
Lovely outfit! The sequins are great. Also loving the shoes. Hope your leg heels real quick. Btw, question: those waves in your hair - are they a result of a past perm job or do you curl it everyday? They're really natural and pretty waves. :)
ReplyDeleteThat skirt is gorgeous! And I love how you threw on the shirt to tone down the dressyness of it.
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit combo!!
ReplyDeleteI love your eye makeup! I think you did an awesome job.
ReplyDeleteYep, I don't think I have the artistic flare for eyeshadow either. I usually end up looking like a hot mess.
You inspired me though. I think I'm gonna screw around with what I have in my make bag.
What an amazingly gorgeous skirt!! I don't think I can stop looking at it :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that skirt. Beautiful outfit!
