Gleaming and goals

I really don't have much to say about this necklace except for the fact that it's pretty. And sparkly.

I'd rather babble on about how you've all downright amazed me.  The way I set goals is that I don't plan for them until they're mildly within my immediate reach.

So back in April, I said that I'd have 200 followers by October.
By June, I said I'd have 200 followers by the end of the summer.
2 weeks ago, I said I'd have 200 followers by August 9.
Flash forward to today and the blog has reached 201 followers- a week ahead of my most recent timeframe & months ahead of my original goal.

I hit that number while I was at work today, and for a good 15 minutes at least, I was smiling uncontrollably like an idiot. My mind basically turned to jelly at that point and all I could focus on was the blog.  I think I even made some weird metaphor about me being a "hyper sardine" at that point...whatever that's supposed to mean.

Come to think of it, it's been 5 months today that I've been blogging as Sincerely, Sabrina. Whoa, time flies!
